We love pack saddling and trekking!! And we love to share our
knowledge and experience with like minded people. If you are
thinking of heading out on the trail and don’t know where to start,
this workshop is for you!!
Our pack saddling workshops are comprehensive, covering many
facets of self-sufficient trekking including;
• Pack Horse selection
• Foundation Ground skills
• Training your riding horse
• Training your pack horse
• Leg restraint training
• Food storage and preparation
• Basic map reading and navigation
No need to bring a horse for this workshop, we will have some
there we previously prepared for you to practice on.
$150 + GST PP including morning tea and lunch.
