Can I bring my horse?
We want you to bring your horse. That way we can see what’s going on (and going wrong) and get you both back on track with clear goal setting, consistent communication, confidence building groundwork (for both of you!) and trust building exercises so you are both confident in each other’s ability to handle whatever your discipline of choice offers.
What if I don’t have a horse?
Talk to us! It’s not always possible, but we can offer our own horses for people looking to skill up and gain confidence before taking the plunge and buying a horse of their own.
Can I bring my dog?
We love dogs of all sizes and breeds, but we know they offer a distraction at clinics and some horses are not happy around other people's dogs. So we ask you to leave them at home, thank you.
Can I fence sit?
We're all about building confidence and concentrating on communication (from horse to human and vice versa) so our clinics, as well as being heaps of fun, can be quite intense and even emotional at times. So, in the main we say no to fence sitters. But sometimes it's ok, so go ahead and ask if you are not sure, or check the clinic flyer where we endeavour to make it clear whether fence sitters are appropriate or not.
Cancellation Policy
Places are limited at all our Clinics, Treks and Training events. So that we can give each participant the attention they need to transform their horsemanship.
If you need to cancel (we do understand, life is complicated), we need to fill the space.
Our cancellation policy is simple - if you give us 14 days notice of your need to cancel or more, we can give you a full refund. If you need to cancel at short notice, we will roll you into our next identical clinic at the same venue or you can choose to travel to another one. You will not get a refund if you cancel with less than 14 days notice.
